About Us — Eagle Repair Service
Eagle Repair was built from the inside out—by people who know what it feels like to be the customer.
Our story starts long before Eagle Repair existed. Todd's family has owned Dairy Queen locations in Colorado for over 40 years, so the food-service world has always been part of our lives. Katrina started working for the family in 2015, managing several of the locations. Back then, we relied on outside companies to repair our equipment.
And that's where Josh entered the picture. He worked for the repair company we used, and with 15+ years of experience, there wasn't a machine he couldn't fix. Over time, Katrina and Josh started dating, eventually got married, and together we gained an even deeper understanding of both sides of this industry—the customer side and the technician side.
As the years went on, we realized a painful pattern: the companies we depended on were overcharging, under-delivering, and rarely transparent. As customers, we felt the frustration firsthand—waiting too long for repairs and paying too much. We knew there had to be a better way.
That's when Todd had a crazy idea.. With Josh's technical expertise, Katrina's management skills, and Todd's business experience, we decided to partner and build something better from the ground up:
